Yes, the yoghur...Hi Angi, great of you to stop by! <br />Yes, the yoghurt thing came out of the blue and a half-eaten tub in the fridge, but it worked ever so nicely. Before that I'd only encountered sponge cakes with yoghurt, but I'm very pleased with the result.
